From living with chronic pain for forty years, Vidyamala has learned and developed very effective, tried and tested ways on how to flourish and embrace her sensations with kindness, tenderness and care into her everyday life.

She has developed a Breathworks organisation, organised pain management courses and written three books.

The Mindfulness for Health course is very good, having completed this myself as living with chronic neuropathic pain.
